CHRIST FOLLOWERS
At RAA Elementary we cultivate a service-minded approach to education, emphasizing the importance
of empathy, community, and global awareness. We believe it’s crucial for students to understand them-
selves, interact effectively with peers, and develop a broader understanding of the world around them. Through service initiatives and age-appropriate pro-
jects, students learn how their actions can make a positive impact, fostering hope for a brighter future.
By instilling a sense of responsibility and compassion from an early age, we empower our elementary stu-
dents to become caring individuals who actively contribute to their communities and beyond, reflec-
ting Christian values in their daily lives.
CHARACTER BUILDERS
Our commitment to character building extends beyond the classroom. Through engaging sports programs and enriching outside activities, students learn invaluable lessons in teamwork, perseverance, discipline, and fair play. Our RAA sports program offers many opportuni-
ties for extra-curricular physical activities, including
cross country, skiing & snowboarding, volleyball, basketball, and softball. These experiences provide opportunities for spiritual growth, helping students develop integrity, respect, and a strong moral compass
as they interact with others and explore God’s creation.
EXPERIENTIAL LEARNERS

ASSEMBLIES
At RAA, our regular Assemblies are vibrant programs that enrich the curriculum, encompassing religious, cultural, and community themes, as well as explora-
tions of nature. These gatherings provide unique opportunities for students to learn, celebrate, and connect, fostering a well-rounded educational experience.
FIELD TRIPS
We highly value the power of experiential learning through engaging field trips. These excursions provide our students with invaluable opportunities to explore
and experience subjects in real-world contexts, making learning come alive in meaningful and memorable ways. Our students embark on exciting journeys to diverse locations connecting classroom concepts with tangible experiences.
RAA GARDENS
RAA’s Gardening program is one of our students’ favorites! It’s amazing to watch plants grow from little seeds to bountiful harvests of cabbages, radishes, melons, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peas, beets, eggplants, and many others. Thanks to Redding’s unique weather, we can grow all year round! Through gardening, students learn more about God and His wonderful nature.
