Admission process

Welcome to RAA! We are excited you’re considering our school for your child’s educational journey. Our admissions process is designed to be clear and supportive, ensuring a good fit for both students and families.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to our admissions process:

  • Application Submission: Begin by completing our online application form. This provides us with initial information about your child and family. – Go to APPLICATION
  • Family Interview & Student Assessment: Following your application, we will schedule a family interview, providing an opportunity for us to get to know each other better and for you to ask any questions you may have. This is followed by a student assessment to understand their academic readiness and interests.
  • Application Review & Decision: Our admissions committee will carefully review your complete application, assessment results, and interview insights. You will then receive a timely decision regarding your child’s admission.
  • Family Portal Setup: We will guide you through setting up your personalized Family Portal. This online hub will include a calendar and grades.
  • Online Enrollment Packet: Upon acceptance, you will receive an email that will guide you through the online enrollment process, information from your previously completed application will pre fill a good portion of your enrollment packet to avoid repetition of your information. When you submit your enrollment packet and provide immunization and birth certificate copies, enrollment will be complete. to all necessary forms and information to officially register your child.
  • Financial Clearance: As a final step of completing your child’s application, our business manager will contact you about financial clearance, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place for your child’s enrollment.

Admissions FAQ

The assessment will be conducted at Redding Adventist Academy. Your student may be taking the assessment alone or at the same time as a group of other students.

The iXL assessment takes up to an hour and a half.
The Kindergarten assessment takes up to one hour.

We would love to meet your family, so please bring yourself, your student(s), current report card(s), and questions that you may have for our administration.
